The Common University Entrance Test  (CUET 2023 Exam)is being introduced for admission into all UG Programmes in all Central Universities for academic session 2022-23 under the Ministry of Education, (MoE). The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) will provide a common platform and equal opportunities to candidates across the country, especially those from rural and other remote areas and help establish better connect with the Universities. In 2022, as a part of National Education Policy 2020, CUET is introduced as revamped version of CUCET making it compulsory for all 78 central universities, Deemed Universities and Private Universities to adopt it 2022.  Total CUET 2022 Candidates : According to National Testing Agency, total CUET candoadtes was 607648 candidates appeared for the CUET PG examination and a total of 334997 candidates appeared for the examination.  CUET 2023 Calender Date:  CUET 2023 Examination will be held by the 21 to 31 May 2023 01 to 07 June 2023  CUET Exam pattern and structure All Question Papers are MCQ based organized into different parts.  For CUET UG programmes 2023 As per the latest CUET updates 2023, the CUET entrance test 2023 will now be having four sections:  Section IA – 13 Languages Section IB – 19 Languages Section II – 27 Domain-specific Subjects Section III – General Test  The CUET 2022 consist of language test, domain-specific papers and the general test. Candidates can opt for combination of atmost 2 languages and 6 domain-specific subject or 3 languages and 5 domain-specific tests. CUET entrance test 2022 will now be conducted in two slots. The duration of first slot is 45 to 195 minutes and the duration of the second slot is 45 to 225 minutes.  CUET 2023 Marks Distribution : CUET 2023 Marking scheme includes 5 marks for each correct answer and  CUET 2023 Negative Marks: 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong response in the CUET 2023 Question paper.
